Founded in Chicago in 2006, Smart Delivery Logistics has grown from a Midwest freight broker into one of North America's most trusted full-service logistics providers , with a network spanning 80+ countries and six continents.
Our Story.
Starting with a team of 12 in a single Chicago office, we secured our first international freight accounts within the first year , managing export shipments for Illinois-based manufacturers heading to Canada and Mexico. By 2012, we had established offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Dallas, and forged carrier partnerships across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Today, Smart Delivery Logistics employs over 800 logistics professionals globally, operates four US fulfillment centers totaling 865,000 square feet, and manages more than 2 million shipments annually across 80+ countries. We remain proudly privately held, customer-first, and headquartered in Chicago.
